Welcome to the Moonshot Celebration! By participating in this project, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your wish.

2. Eligibility

• Participation: Participation in the Moonshot Celebration is open to individuals of all ages. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Submission: Only one wish per participant will be accepted. Multiple submissions by the same participant may result in disqualification.
• Geographic Restrictions: Participation is open to individuals worldwide, except where prohibited by local laws.

3. Wish Submission

• Content: Participants may submit a wish via the official Moonshot Celebration website and links. Wishes must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any wish deemed unsuitable.
• Originality: All wishes submitted must be the original creation of the participant. By submitting a wish, you affirm that the content is your own and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Format: Wishes must be submitted in the format specified on the submission form. The organizers are not responsible for formatting errors or incomplete submissions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: By submitting a wish, you grant the Moonshot Celebration and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your wish in connection with the project.
• Usage: The wishes may be transformed into various forms, included and not limited to in public exhibitions, multimedia content, and other promotional materials related to the Moonshot Celebration.
• Credit: While the organizers will endeavor to credit participants where appropriate, submission of a wish does not guarantee attribution in all instances.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal Information: Personal information collected during the submission process, including and not limited to your name, email address, and wish content, will be used solely for the purposes of the Moonshot Celebration.
• Data Security: The organizers will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
• Third-Party Sharing: Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or in connection with the operation of the Moonshot Celebration.

6. Participation Fees

• Fee Structure: Participation in the Moonshot Celebration may require a submission fee, as outlined on the official website. This fee is non-refundable.
• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods is listed on the official website. All payments must be made in full at the time of submission.

7. Liability

• No Guarantee: Participation in the Moonshot Celebration does not guarantee that your wish will be included in any public exhibitions, multimedia content, and other activities.
• Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the Moonshot Celebration at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical, legal, or operational issues.
• Limitation of Liability: The organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Moonshot Celebration, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

8. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: Swiss law shall apply to the legal relationship between the client and Moonshot Celebration (with the exclusion of conflict of law rules). In the event of any legal action against Moonshot Celebration, notice of such action shall be submitted only to the head office of Ministry of Creativity GmbH, Zug, Switzerland.
  Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Switzerland.
• Jurisdiction: Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland for any disputes not subject to arbitration. Place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.

9. Modification of Terms

• Updates: The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via the official website or email.
• Acceptance of Changes: Continued participation in the Moonshot Celebration after any changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
